Handmade Journal - Leather in the Melissa pattern with newest flowers and bees - Yellow, Turquoise, antique brown - Refillable

A leather journal is certainly a special place to keep notes, thoughts, sketches, or memories and the Melissa Journal is no exception. This journal has my original Melissa pattern on it - bees, flowers and vines in yellow, turquoise, gold and antique brown newest with a classic, slightly art nouveau, look.

This journal fits books approximately 5x8 inches, and has a snap closure. I will provide a blank filler book, which is removable so you can use a book of your own, or just re-fill it when you run out of space.

I start with a thick tooling leather and cut, brand, paint and dye it before covering it with a protective finish to keep the colors safe. This book has a snap closure. Because of my unique materials and process this piece will soften as you use it and the colors and patterns are permanent.
