Matte newest Black suede leather custom watch strap. 10-26mm

A stealthy matte black suede strap. This suede seems to suck in the light like a black hole giving a deep look to it, so its quite appropriate on the speedmaster in the picture. It is soft and supple which makes you want to touch and wear it. the leather is from Charles F Stead (regarded as some of the best suede in the world) in England and is used by many of the top shoe manufactures.

As with all my straps I personally make each strap to order to ensure that it is finished to the best standards and can allow for bespoke sizes and requests. I use only traditional craft techniques and no machines in their creation. I hand cut and stitch every part. Although all this is labor intensive, the end result is worth all the effort when I have created something unique and beautiful that will be used.

Details:
The strap shown in the picture is 20mm at the lug tapered to 16mm at the buckle and is of the standard size 115mm/ 75mm.
The stitching is done in an Black coloured waxed linen thread.
I use Zermatt leather for the lining which is sweat resistant (great in summer) and hypoallergenic.
The Edges are smoothed and then coloured. They are finished off with bees wax that is used to burnish the edges, giving a smooth silky finish.

Straps will be tapered as standard to fit these buckle sizes:
24mm lug width to 22mm buckle
22mm lug width to 20mm buckle
21mm lug width to 18mm buckle
20mm lug width to 18mm buckle
19mm lug width to 16mm buckle
18mm lug width to 16mm buckle
17mm lug width to 16mm buckle
16mm lug width to 14mm buckle
