On the outer side of the ring embbossed the the first words of the psalm "Eshet chayl" "אשת חיל" :
אֵשֶׁת-חַיִל, מִי יִמְצָא; וְרָחֹק מִפְּנִינִים מִכְרָהּ. בָּטַח בָּהּ לֵב בַּעְלָהּ; וְשָׁלָל לֹא יֶחְסָר.

“Eshet Chayil” (Woman of Valor) Proverbs 31, is a song of praise to the Hebrew woman. It closes the Book of Proverbs. The song describes the ideal woman.
There are various interpretations regarding the object of the song, ranging from an unknown woman to various women in the Bible.
Since the 16th century, it has become customary to sing this song on Friday nights before dinner in most of the Jewish Diaspora.
Inside the ring engraved the entire psalm, in small but readable letters.
