This extremely rare Japanese Moriage Dragonware tea set was handcrafted during the Occupational Japan period, 1945-52. Brilliant Cobalt blue with plenty of ornate details and colors. There are expected signs of wear, very little discoloration in some of the white of the cups. Natural patina on some of the gold rims.
