Céramique de Beauce - Beauceware
The 1950s will be lucrative for the company. Ashtrays and beer mugs have been produced by the thousands and a large number of Quebec and even Canadian businesses have had their promotional items signed Céramique de Beauce… Including companies from Maskout! Fauna and animals are safe values so we don't hesitate to produce them in green, pink or light blue glazes, in harmony with tea sets or planters. The 1950s rhyme with consumer society and the company draws many inspiration from other American ceramic brands, notably Hull pottery and McCoy and European such as Sadler to create its lamps, tableware sets, vases, cookie jars, etc.
