Antique (1910s) John Aynsley square art nouveau handled cake or cookie serving plate made in England featuring pink roses and other multicolored florals set onto a yellow band with black accents and gold edge. Embossed gold handle accents.
In EXCELLENT! overall condition, the plate has a truly minuscule nick to the edge noticeable to the REVERSE! below the handle on one side. Otherwise, there are NO! chips, nicks, or fleabites, NO! cracks, LITTLE TO NO! loss or wear to the gold accents or edge, MINIMAL! crazing and NO! stains. The florals and bands are bright and vivid with NO! fading or wear apparent.
Approximate measurements: 9-1/2" (handle to handle) x 8-3/4" with a square shape, embossed gold accents and gold edge.
