There's a town in the southern part of the county where I live called Manchester, and one of the restored buildings once housed a restaurant. Outside there was a shelter and benches and this area looked just like an urban bus stop.
One day, while I was there taking reference photos for use in landscape paintings I saw this man, red soda newest can in his hand, sitting there on the bench. The light that came from behind him framed his figure beautifully, so i surreptitiously shot his picture, saving it for the painting you see here.
