A grease catch ring along the outside edge of the cook surface which allows for healthier frying.
A flair handle with thumb indentation make the skillet more easy to firmly grasp.
Pour spouts integrated into the rim allow you to safely newest pour excess grease into a receptacle.
These griddles are versatile breakfast skillets for cooking eggs, sausage patties, pancakes and French toast.
Used and fairly clean. No cracks or breaks. Nicely seasoned. In 'as found' condition.
Wagner Manufacturing Company was a family owned manufacturer of cookware founded in 1851. Their manufacturing plant was located in Sidney, Ohio. This piece was likely manufactured sometime between 1922 & 1959.
