The letter is an announcement to their engineer customers that (Buff) had sent them a new catalog; and that the prices of the tools are reflective of their experience making the highest quality precision instruments available.

This letter letterhead is in very good vintage condition no tears or missing pieces, no corner bumps or ink marks. Paper does have some tanning and light bends/creases from storage in protective cover.
