This listing is for a tested working, nearly pristine instance of the Concord 300 solid state reel-to-reel tape recorder with reverse-a-trac— newest the ability to play in reverse at full speed. Weighing something like five pounds,this was at one point considered portable— so it has a leather carry strap and a level (so that you don't accidentally warp your tapes). A blank three-inch reel is included. At the back is weird defect which appears to be related to the power cable pressing into the back of the case; the unit it is made of a low melting point early post-war plastic in the back, so it's probably from something as benign as a hot car seat. Again, everything is tested working. The box is in great shape for 50+ year old electronics. All the accessories are present with their original sleeves and accessory inset box, including the proprietary microphone, mike desk stand; and leatherette hip holster for the mike.
