--Send me a couple different photos of the home through Etsy messaging . Please make sure the photo is taken in good light and without a flash at the angle you want it painted at. If there is anything you would like removed from the photo (decorations, plants, etc), please let me know. If you are having a hard time finding good photos, try Googling the address and seeing if there are any Google map photos.
--If you would like any text below the image, please include that in the email. If you want any lengthy text (ie. more than just the family name/address/etc), please let me know as that will be an additional cost.
--Once I have received your pictures, I will send you a rough sketch. Once you have approved that, I will create the final painting.
