Legba
Legba is the opener of the ways. He newest is the first one called to open the way for all the other lwas to come through. Everyone has a Legba, and should develop a relationship with him. He represents Humility and Communication. He is happy with an offering of a cup of coffee, roasted corn or peanuts, and some tobacco for his pipe. His colors are red and white and Monday is his day, as he opens the week
