Product code: Pack of 100 newest "EZ-Clip" - white nylon button head and galvanized music wire spring clip for hoops

This listing is for a set of 100 EZ Clip buttons.

The EZ Clip push button for collapsible and coil-down hula hoops, a new innovation in hoop-making!

The whirled may never be the same.

Lighter to the touch, easy on the fingers, our custom manufactured parts are designed to make breaking down your hoop easier than ever. This two-part spring clip is made of galvanized music wire (that's the metal spring part) and our own nylon round-top push-button head. With less resistance in the spring, and a lower profile on the hoop, these EZ clip buttons will revolutionize the way you make your hoops.

Can be used newest on both 3/4 and 5/8 hoop tubing, polypro or HDPE.

Customer testimonial:

"The nylon buttons and the EZ clip are a lot easier to push than the regular metal ones. Dave had me try my set of twins, one with the old style connectors, and one with the EZ clip (even before they got the nylon head), and it was way easier, I had him convert the other one over, too. Now I have nylon buttons with the EZ clip n them, and it's fantastic. Still pretty strong and sturdy, too (I'm a monster who fully collapses and connects her hoops for travel on the bus, so strength is important!)" - Sarah Smith

The two piece “EZClip” consists of a galvanized music wire spring and a white nylon button head. For installation, we use a 3/32” bit for pilot holes and then 3/16” bit for the button holes. The inner tube hole needs to be trimmed until the button head falls through the hole (when inserted upside down). The outer tube hole only needs to be trimmed a touch (until the head grabs the hole when inserted).

The ‘Tiny' aluminum rivet requires a 3/32” bit hole, the Nylon rivet needs an 11/64” bit hole.
