This measures 5.75” inside end to end plus 1” opening but will fit best for wrist up to 6.25”. That's what I am and it fits perfect. It's 23.8 mm wide and weighs a little over 17 grams. It newest a solid sturdy cuff with minimal adjustability. It's marked Mexico but I can't find a sterling mark, but it's been tested and I assure you it is sterling silver. It was either never marked or buffed away as this is a pre owned vintage piece. It's in very good condition.
