Gorgeous hobnail newest cruet or decanter. I believe this was made by Findley. Has original stopper. There is a lot of roughness around the interior rim where the stopper sits. Some residue on the inside that I do not have anyway to clean. I don't see any cracks. Stands 9 inches with the stopper in place.
