A very nice J Chein & Co. Tin Litho Drum. This is larger snare drum that has the original wooden drum sticks. The batter heads on this drum are a paper like material, one side is textured and the other is smooth. Each side newest makes a different sound. The textured side has a small puncture in it as seen in the photos, the smooth side has one drop of paint or a stain of some kind. The graphic is very bright with very little damage, only minor scratches. The springs holding the drum together are in great shape. Very patriot theme, as if it was meant to be a Military Drum, or Minute Man Drum. It measures 11 x 6 inches. I believe this was made in the late 1930's or the early 1940's.
