Vintage New Year’s Eve Party newest Hats, Tiaras, and Noisemakers

These New Year's Eve Party Hats, Tiaras, and Noisemakers have been in storage since the 1980s. There are 25 hats which are cardboard and stapled together with an under chin piece of rubber band. Most need to be replaced, they are stapled on each side and I believe large rubber bands could be used. The are colorful and crazy and made in the USA. Most are 9 to 10 inches in height. There are 24 adorable crown tiaras. They are all unused, with some wear due to storage. There newest are 19 noisemakers and those with the smiley face are really cute! The last picture is part of the original label on the box and will be included.
