While we sometimes use lumber salvaged from old buildings we often find ourselves sourcing beautiful walnut slabs from little villages around the country. Trees that have fallen due to storm, age or village ordinance, trees that belong to elderly people that don't have the means to handle them. We're happy to be able to bring you pieces made from real wood while helping out the folks in those remote places.

These plant stands are made form a solid steel bars for the base and a reclaimed single piece of wood for the top. They have a really simple and robust design and look elegant at the same time.
The side tables are finished with oils and hand-rubbed beeswax to a smooth and durable finish. The steel base is welded right here in our shop. The base can be dyed in any shade or left raw and clear coat protected.

◈ Each tree is different, so your piece of furniture will have just the right amount of unique characteristics. We made sure the construction is stable, solid and elegant, while the surface has satin-touch finish. The piece is ready to be admired!
