Please keep in mind the temperature of your location as that may affect your plant's condition. Delicate plants always have a risk of losing leaves (mostly calatheas, stromanthes, or pileas) but will grow back! They may become dehydrated, etc, when being shipped, and as the buyer you are taking on this risk. No refunds on plants. Plants sent newest sometimes have imperfections (always shown in photos), as is the nature of buying plant based material. She may not be perfect, but she'll be strong!
