The overnight shipping services are announcing UP TO 48 hour delays in most cities. We are shipping Fede and UPS because they have refrigeration for perishables. Customer must follow their tracking number for any delay information. Because there is no way of our knowing what cities are affected, the risk is the customers until further notice. We are sorry for the inconvenience.PLEASE understand that the flowers are perishable and we are not responsible for orders you place too early or too late for an event date.
If you are freezing them in ice cubes or baking them on cookies, they should ship when you have the time to freeze them etc. and then they are preserved for cocktails or desserts.
If they are needed for a special event in the future, then it is best that you get your calendar out first, mark the date they are needed and backtrack to the closest TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY or FRIDAY, and add TWO days before they are needed and order that day. They are harvested the day of shipment and ship Priority Fed Ex overnight with ice. Allow the extra day for bad weather conditions at airports. The flowers will be stored in coolers and delivery the next day
*We ship priority overnight Tuesday-Friday for delivery the next morning Wednesday-Saturday (ETA by 12:00 pm, depending on your shipping location) . We do not deliver newest on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, we need a physical address for delivery. We cannot ship a different way, as the items are perishable.

We have a cut-off time of 11am PST for same day shipping orders. Crystallized Flowers and Herb & Flower Crystals are their very best used within 2 weeks of purchase. They should be kept cool and dry. Please try and avoid humid conditions. Crystallized items should not to be refrigerated.
