It has only been removed from the bag twice once when I first got it to check condition and to take the picture for this listing. I'm not a professional grader but I would rate this as VF. The cover still has a nice gloss as seen in the picture and the pages are still white and clean. I also provided pictures of all four corners along with the spine and staples.
