Vintage 1970 rare Taiyo tin toy "Speed Jack" Bump n' Go car with some newest issues. 1931 Speed Series

Though not in perfect condition it's mostly there, Taiyo Toys Speed Jack 1931 battery operated Bump n' Go. Though the lights come on I'm not sure how to get it to actually bump n go but since the lights come on the rest should work. The left front wheel is half gone and the left rear wheel has a crack in the rubber tread.
