Hand-Carved & Hand-Painted newest Alebrije Folk Art Wooden Psychedelic Frog Signed by Oaxaca Mexico Artist Hipolito Fabian NOW ON SALE

This hand-carved and hand-painted Alebrije wooden frog is from San Martin Tilcajete, Oaxaca, Mexico. It was made by Hipolito Fabian and signed "Hipolito" on the bottom.

It is 4.5" high, 5.5" wide between two hind feet and about 6" nose to rear. It is painted in the Alebrije psychedelic style with vibrant colors, a large yellow flower dominating the frog's back.

It is in excellent condition as our photos should show.

Alebrijes are figures carved from wood in San Martin and Arrazola in the Oaxacan Valley of Southern Mexico.
