We just opened the doors of "Die Zentrale", a creative project space located in a quiet inner yard right at Schlesisches Tor. The space used to be a bank. In the early 60s, it became a painter's atelier. Now, after an intense summer of renovations, we turned it into a shared work place for creatives.
We (the founders) are two filmmakers, a painter and a landscape designer. Part of the community are filmmakers, two programmers and a saxophone repairer. We are open to people of any background, gender, class or sexual orientation.
WE OFFER
+ a fix/flex desk.
+ a sideboard.
+ a conference room.
+ high speed internet.
+ 24/7 access.
+ an equipped kitchen for food and coffee.
+ in- and outside dining table areas.
+ two back yards for afterwork drinks.
+ garden area for fruits and vegetables.

CONTRACT
+ flex desk: 220 €/month.
+ fix desk: 280 newest €/month.
+ deposit: 250 €.

"Die Zentrale" is mainly used for work. Occasionally, we do community dinners, art exhibitions, film screenings or lectures.
