A Gift From Fannie Victorian Antique newest Cross Stitch German Motto Sample Framed With Adirondack Leaves

Dated 1877… antique cross stitch motto that I believe is done in German. I have no idea what it says but I'm guessing it was a present from Fannie .It measures 11 1/2 x 13 1/2 framed. The frame has one broken leaf. Break appears to be old as the wood has darkened. This piece needs disassemble and the glass cleaned but I will leave that to the new owner since the back has been sealed with paper. I absolutely loved the little birds and branches at the bottom. The motto does have a few stains near the top so note all photos for condition.
