The matching earrings and a few of the hearts have hand painted roses as well. Earrings have post backs for pierced ears. I bought this at a local estate sale, the woman selling it told me her mother in law purchased it years ago and never wore it. Comes in the original box from "Bonnie's Baubles" in hingham, ma.
