The two steps to produce this fabulous product is transporting the sap from the trees to the evaporator and then boiling with sustainable lumbering.
Sustainable lumbering is a practice wherein we harvest trees responsibly. We use only fallen trees by wind, unusable wood slabs from newest wood processing and branches. We also ensure a strong regeneration of the young maple tree.
This small sugar shack have only thousand taps and is in the best climate conditions on the south side of Gaspe coast.
