This listing is for a hand-drawn custom BLACK AND WHITE house portrait based off of a photograph that you send me.

STEPS TO ORDER CUSTOM HOUSE PORTRAIT:

-Pick your size and purchase any of the custom house drawing listings.
- Within one week after your order of the house portrait please send me a clear shot of house... try to get the entire house in the photo! This can be via Etsy Conversation or you can email SouthHouseInk [!at] gmail.com with your order number in the subject.
-Straight shots of the house are preferred, but if you would like a certain angle I can most likely accommodate upon review. It's also helpful to have a few different shots of the house for my drawing reference. Overcast lighting for pics is best to avoid bright sun and harsh shadows.
-In the notes section please include any details you do not want me to miss (outdoor ornaments, house numbers, wreaths, etc). Also include house, trim, and shutter colors. I will omit vehicles and obstructions of the house unless otherwise agreed upon.
- I will draw a rough sketch of the house and send to you for approval before going forward with ink and color. Keep in mind that once I start adding ink it's hard to correct so the Notes section is very important. I will try to keep you updated throughout the process and send you the final house drawing for approval before shipping.
-Personalizing the house portrait is available (Our First Home, Family Name, Address, etc). Just add to notes section at no extra cost.

ARTWORK DETAILS:

-Custom BLACK AND WHITE house portrait - based off of a photograph that you send me.
-Paper: Acid free, heavyweight (100 lb) Bristol paper.
-Materials: Pencil, Ink, Marker (These drawings are not house watercolors, but the art markers give it the same feel)
-House Drawings are unframed and do not include mat or other materials.
-House Portrait is packaged in clear cellophane bag with foam board backing to ensure protection.
-Shipped in rigid, stay flat envelope. Please let me know if you prefer signature confirmation upon delivery.

SIZE DETAILS:

-5" x 7" size- House portrait area will be sized to fit a 5"x7 mat opening, while the actual paper size will be 6" x 9".
-8" x 10" size- House portrait area will be sized to fit an 8" x 10" mat opening, while the actual paper size will be 9" x 12".
-11" x 14" size- House portrait area will be sized to fit an 11" x 14" mat opening, while the actual paper size will be 12" x 15".

-Please note that this house portrait is an artistic representation of your home and is not a replica.
-I have the right to showcase your house drawing on my Etsy page and social media accounts unless agreed upon prior to ordering. I understand newest the element of surprise!

-Order can be cancelled and refunded if house photo has not been sent after 10 days.
-Once picture is received, it will usually take 4-5 weeks for production of house portrait. Ask about rush orders.
