This Zhen bread knife is made from Japanese high carbon stainless steel heat treated to newest Rc 54-56. the knife features a granton edge to help prevent sticking. The blade is 9 1/2" long with an overall length of 14 5/8". The handle is blue fossilized brain coral and is attached with 3 white G-10 pins.
