I did not find any chips or cracks. Lights work on house and separate tree. Note the following issues: Snow on separate tree is no longer bright white, I did not attempt to clean this so this may be possible. Weather Vane is included but will need to be glued to top. I did not attempt to glue as I thought it would be safer to not attach it for travel since it is so fragile. In researching this piece, it appears that this vane is frequently not even included in others for sale. House number sign on separate accessory piece did need to be reglued. See pic. It is likely this would not have even been noticed but I wanted to mention. It is actually much stronger now that it has been repaired. House will come in a styrofoam village box newest, but I do not have the original sleeve that shows the village pic.
