Her beautiful face and grey hair are incredibly beautiful and detailed. The bear is being sewed in one of the arms by the nanny. She is wearing a long greenish blue dress with a white collar, white apron, white bonnet and black shoes. Her face seems somber, and it looks as if she's having a great time.
