Size tag 5/6 Measurement Bust 30”inches but the straps newest are adjustable. The waist where the zipper zips up to is 28” inches And that part has no give. There's a hole at the seam under the zipper that can be fixed. There's also 2 straps in the back that I don't know where they tie (last 2 pictures).
