Desert Sky!

I had a beautiful piece of swirly-colored glass that I thought would be perfect as a desert sky. The sand is made from a piece of dark, tan glass. The plateaus and cactuses are soldered on top of the background glass making it 3D.

The custom, handmade, hardwood frame measures 18" x 9" and hangs from a silver chain. newest
