Grossmutti - charcoal on paper, Gertrude newest Bernays

This drawing of her grandmother was made by Gertrude Bernays (Tante Trudel) on October 4, 1938, (according to the note on the rear.) I can find no info on the artist. I did find a Gertrude Bernays who lived from 1885 - 1973 and that might be her. Regardless, it is an excellent drawing, wonderfully executed, one you'd be proud to own.
