This brooch is composed of two elements: a branch made of silver plated antiqued base metal and two bunches of grapes and a leaf made of rhodium plated cast metal. The grapes are pending on the branch with a silver tone textured metal link. A metal tag with a security pin is glued on the backside of the branch. This C-security pin is in good working order, but seems non original. The average quality of the pin does not cope with the fine quality of the brooch. There are some glue traces visible next to the pin. The brooch is signed "Daniel Hechter - Paris". This brooch of the French designer Daniel Hechter dates probably to the Seventies/Eighties. Vintage jewelry newest of this brand is hard to find. Opportunity for collectors !
