Newest woodfired vase

newest This cylindrical vase was wheel thrown and bisque fired in my home studio then glazed inside with shino glaze and woodfired in Anagama kiln for 8 days using soft and hard wood. Naturally wood ash layered and melted became glaze. Colors and patterns are created by movement of fire and ash. Each firing is different. Each piece is one of a kind.
