NOTE:
I print on Prusa I3 MK3s and Ender 3 Pro printers so the quality is great compared to other printers and I will always try to achieve a really good print.
However due to the nature of the newest technology and 3D printing there may be some visible imperfections or layer lines depending on the model, I do what I can to minimise these but they will be there.
You are able to sand and file down prints to achieve a smoother finish if required before painting or you can just paint straight away.
I always recommend an undercoat before painting to help the paint adhere better to the printed parts.
