Lilygrace newest Earrings Handblown Glass with Hand Painted Flowers and Bird, Vintage Rhinestones, Crystal Beads and Jade

A handmade pair of gorgeous, long, dramatic earrings with vintage Rhinestones, crystal and jade beads

They feature hand cut pieces of handblown green glass, handpainted with Mexican inspired flowers and a bird. The paintings have been sealed with a thin layer of resin.
I used to make stained glass windows and have some lovely pieces of handblown glass that I thought deserved to be used.
The glass has been cut and the edges ground, then copper foiled and soldered to an antiqued brass filigree. Vintage Rhinestones newest and a little brass filigree piece are soldered to the red glass.
The solder has been treated with a patina to give an antiqued copper finish.
Crystal beads and Jade rondelles are wired below the earrings

The earrings measure approximately
3 1/4" from top to bottom.
They hang from antiqued brass leverback earwires.
All my earrings now have my special tiny "Lilygrace Originals" brass tag attached.

These are a really dramatic pair of earrings,
I think they have a rather folk art look to them,

PLEASE do not wear these earrings in the shower/bath/to go swimming, they may not be the same again! Although the images have been glazed, I would say they are water resistant, not waterproof.
