Mostly Good Condition - School house was coming apart in one spot (where the roof meets the upper right corner of the front wall) It all still holds together just fine and I contemplated using some of my CA Glue on it but I decided that I would just leave that up to the buyer, So if you want me to Glue it just to add some extra strength to it as a precaution just let me know and i will straighten that right out for you. Otherwise the School is missing other pieces so what you see is what it comes with. As far as the other furniture its all in pretty good condition. I went through and hand cleaned everything to make sure you get a safe and clean product delivered to you door. These pieces are all just the left overs of random sets and so rather than just list individually like i have with many of the other sets, I decided to just make one big bulk lot. * As Stated newest In The Condition Description, I Hand Cleaned All of These To Get Them As Nice As Possible.
