Newest Yoga Inspired Series: Knotted 108 Amethyst & Rudraksha Mala Necklace

This 108 knotted mala necklace is made with 8mm Rudraksha seeds, natural Sandalwood and Amethyst. 10mm White Jade beads are placed as counter markers along with a handmade Tibetan bead at the nape. This necklace is finished with a two-toned silk tassel and Ohm charm.

When worn on a mala, Rudrakshas were also said to ward off and shield against "negative energies". The five faced rudraksha is said to regulate and heal the heart center as well as harmonizing all of the 7 Chakras. Rudrakshas are known to promote inner peace, knowledge, power and enlightenment and represent the meditative powers of Shiva to focus the mind and newest remove the demons of desire, lust and attachment. Rudraksha beads are believed to provide good support for those who are constantly on the move and who eat and sleep in a variety of places, such as travelers and traveling professionals.
