Good. Minor scratches, but nothing major. Absolutely love these headphones! Noise cancelling completely knocks the sound out. The quality is amazing! The only reason I'm selling them is because newest I upgraded to the Bose 700. Comes with charging cord, instructions on how to set up, and case w/outside pocket.
