Handmade jelly roll rug!!
If you don't know what a jelly roll is ( I know I didn't) it a roll of 2.5" wide fabric strips in coordinating colors .
The stripes have been sewn together 42 to be exact, then newest batting has been sewn into each one as they are folded, then they have been sewn to together to form a rug, kind of like a rag rug.
Anyway its a lot of work but the results are a beautiful handcrafted rug in unique colors. This rug is made with stripes of fabric that have a vintage look and vibe!!
This rug is a custom order that that takes about a 5-7 days to make!
This rug is cotton and can be machine washed then lay flat to dry! You can also iron the rug, I like to do this when the rug is still damp that way it keeps the rug flat and pervents the ends from curling up.
Rug approximately 41"-42"x 31"-33"
It's backing is not slip resistant so keep that in mind.
