Brand new in box. Still has original box sleeve, Styrofoam and plastic wrap. Originally bought in 1997 for $68. Mrs. Claus‘s greenhouse is part of the North Pole series made by the Heritage Village collection of department 56. Comes with a newest light bulb and electrical cord. That still works and has been tested. I have any other collectibles listed that are new in box new old stock vintage retired. Never been displayed or use. I only took it out of the box to take these photos.  it is so cute. You can see the poinsettias growing through the glass of the greenhouse.  .
