I find, cut and polish all of my Petoskey stones prior to setting them in jewelry creations.

Petoskey stones are not a natural stone but rather a fossilized coral only found in the northern portions of Michigan's lower peninsula. They are Michigan's state stone and are over 350 million years old.

Petoskey stones are believed to be a positive energy stone.
