Newest Pim. Seated Nude Maquette Study Sculpture.

'Pim'.

Seated, nude, maquette study.

Seven inches tall. Made of gypsum cement, off white in color, with a satin finish.


*This is an original, maquette sculpture, I made a while ago. Several people have inquired about them, so I have now begun to bring them back, along with a few not previously offered.

A 'maquette' is a smaller version of a larger sculpture made before enlargement, to work out the pose, balance & form, as well as to work out newest any potential mold making and casting issues that may arise before starting the final sculpture.

**Also, please note, these maquettes are somewhat 'seasonal'. Yes, they are an Open Edition, however, as you have seen in the past, sometimes they are available, sometimes they are not.
Unfortunately, I can only produce them if and when there is time, schedule-wise to do so. (Please don't expect them to always be around.) Also, If I do continue to offer these, I may have no choice but to change to a different material at a later date, as unfortunately, I don't have time to sit there and refine each one by hand all day. (The same material as the larger sculptures, 'Swan', 'Morning Sun', and 'Night Storm'.) But for the time being, they are in the same material, gypsum cement, with a satin finish, as I was offering them about a year ago.


***Like the larger sculptures, this sculpture is also now made to order: Delivery time is about two weeks-ish.
