This is a lot of 3 Very Rare Spider woman, Hulk and fantastic four VHS tapes that came from Universal Studios Research and Development department, which is stamped and labeled on all the tapes as seen in photos. There are paper labels on the dust jackets, which are in very good condition and show very little signs of wear. There are sign out cards on the back of 2 of the cases indicating they are property of universal and both cards are blank besides there tape number and information. I have not tested any of the tapes but in my opinion they would run without issue and are very newest clean since I assume they have been sitting in the cases for most of their lives. These came from a Disney directors private collection and I guarantee you will never see items like this again in such good condition, I'm sure it would be a good investment.
