Vintage newest "The Survival of the Bark Canoe - McPhee

Offering a Vintage "The Survival of the Bark Canoe - McPhee. This book is in good condition however please note that the sleeve is ripped at the top and cuts into the title. This book is about the building of birch bark newest canoes and of a 150 mile trip through the Maine woods using those birch bark canoes. They are an interesting technology and do not have screws, nails or rivets holding them together but use tree roots of spruce or white pine. The book measures approximately 8 1/2" tall and 5 1/2" wide with its original sleeve.
