German adjustable (pre 1990) Vintage Cigar Band with Scales of Justice motif. Solid 925 Sterling Silver is brightly polished with stunning design elements. Embossed 3D design has a female figure balancing the weight of the scales upon her back, pushing them up, while perched atop what appears to be a naja. Unique treasure. Cigar band design, originally invented in Germany 1880, worn as “pretend engagement rings,” later crafted in silver and gold. Can be adjusted up and down, some in each direction.
