A large and very heavy Iron Cross paper weight from German Prussian WW1,
These are well known and come in at least three variations.
This is a very interesting WWI era patriotic newest item, or table decoration.
It is an oversized Iron Cross paperweight measuring 10cm x 10cm x 12mm. Weight ca. 265 grams
Very well finished and made in solid brass.
and depicts the three Imperial periods in which the Iron Cross was used (1813, 1870 and 1914)
