3d FDM printed and pre-primed. Base 3d model from and made with Townsmith's online Townbuilder newest system with lots of extra embellishments making this a one of a kind print. This model has three parts; lower level, upper level and roof. Doors do not open. The Abandoned Townhouse is suitable for 25 to 32 mm scale miniatures. Mini in photos is for scale only, no scatter or other props included with building beyond what is seen in photos. One exception, the barrels are actually attached to the outer wall and do not come off. Though it is pre-primed you can still add more embellishments should you want just like any other model.

Printed in PLA at .16 mm layer height, pre-primed in gray.

IMPORTANT~ Variations and imperfections should be expected with final product because of the 3d printed and hand made nature of this product. 3d fdm printing has some unavoidable artifacts due to the printing process such as layer lines and other imperfections. Additionally, PLA is a durable plastic and is biodegradable so it has some some limitations. PLA has a low melting point, it should not be left where it could be subject to high temperatures. This cause the model to deform. Additionally, do not put PLA products in the dishwasher. If needed, wash by hand in warm water with a mild anti-bacterial detergent.
